Recently a group of Pike County 4-H Club Members spent their holiday from school in the display window of Charity Thrift. Their goal was to fill over 100 individual gift bags of personal hygiene items for the homeless shelter and they accomplished that goal with style. Some of the items were purchased by the Thrift Store for this purpose and some were donated by individuals and organizations. Maybe you or the organization you belong to contributed and for this we express our appreciation while also expressing how impressed with and grateful we are to our local 4-H'ers.
