Last update-January 2010
The average number of recipients we serve each month is 295 families with an average of four per family.

Food will be given out on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. Distribution times are from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

According to the Kentucky Department of Agriculture, Division of Food Distribution, Frankfort, the only occasion where someone other than the client may pickup a food box containing USDA TEFAP commodities is in the case where the client is homebound or bedridden. In those situations the client must give written permission to their caregiver or social worker stating that they authorize that person to pickup the food box. The caregiver or social worker must have some form of identification from the client/recipient showing proof of residency in the pantries service area in order to pickup the food box and must fill out all information on the application register and sign the register before they will be allowed to pickup a food box for their client.
Note: Be sure they bring your laundry baskets.
